We are an independent Trust with charitable status created by The John Lewis Partnership. Created in 1955 to be dedicated to the education and study of natural sciences within The Leckford Estate and local community
We support various research activities throughout the year including monitoring, training and an annual lecture.

We help maintain nine small areas of land around Leckford, and give input to all uncropped land around The Leckford Estate (>25% of the total Leckford Estate area!!)
